There's a third view, expressed here often by me, Dr. Pete, and others, which is that Maharishi is an extraordinarily enlightened human being whose relative personality is flawed in various ways, as reflected in things he has said and done over the years. This view is invalidated by the belief that everyone is perfect just as they are, if you choose to look at it that way.
