The above is TM-speak and should not in any way be mistaken as a rational definition for the term"unstressing".When you have a thought and/or feeling that basis for these expereinces is multifactored(whether you are meditating or not).So how about trying to give a neurophysiological and/or neuropsychological definition for the term "unstressing"assuming of course one is even possible.
