Though that has occurred to me, I don't see it as a strong case. What has concerned me, or made me wonder, to a degree, is how far the Invincibility theme may go. Its clear MMY introduces a seed concept, in its innocuous forms, and then unfolds more "Vedic" perhaps even "Manuic" elements, that would / could have been less tolerated by society in the beginning. In history, the concept of invincibility (different words at times) it seems, has been entwined with concepts of racial purity, and ethnic cleansing. And MMY clearly holds and encourages racial purity -- suggesting that race should not inter-marry. And even in the 60's, openly suggested that different races should not even live together -- that apartheid in South Africa was natural and good. And that "pundits" and presumable brahmins, have unique, and special quality enhancing, genes that need to be preserved in their purity. And now apparently the TMO has the divine right of kings, and royal bloodlines "to preserve" and nurture. Ethnic "purification" can take many forms, certainly not all leading to genocide. In 20-30 years -- even 5-10, what forms of ethnic, racial and caste segregation, maintenance, and cleansing, will become part of the TMO world view -- in the inner circles, and amongst the larger public? And to what extent, and how, will genetic screening be involved? You can now buy your mapped genome for $1000, with prices dropping. In ten years the price could be $100 -- and the function of vastly more genes will have been uncovered. What if a vedic gene is uncovered that promotes the ability to cognize the vedas, or to benefit from traditional and new sadhanas? What will b ethe stance towards those with it and without it ? And then there is genetic engineering. Can you envision a MVGene-splice? Or will that be simple cheap available option at your local gene lab? of course the MVGene-splice might be able to sustain a premium price if pundits chant whene the splice is obtained. What about stems cells with the vedic splice that can be cultured to create a vedic heart, or liver. Will elective transplants become the rage?
