Good explanation. Thanks. I went to the website and took the 
emotions/stress test there too.

I am always amazed at the stories I have told myself about an 
unpleasnt past event, that when I fully confront or reexperience the 
event, turns out to be much less traumatic than the story I had 
attached to it. Stupid ego!
