Uh, not hardly. Obama belongs to the United Church of Christ, one of the most liberal and least fundamentalist of the Christian denominations. The UCC is a member of the World Council of Churches, the bete noir of Christian fundamentalism. > Then there's Ron "I don't believe in evolution" Paul and the rest > of the field -- Republican and Democrat -- that fall over > themselves at every opportunity attempting to demonstrate how > Christian they are. > > Even Hillary! Neither Bill nor Hillary is a fundamentalist, let alone a nutjob one. Graham himself isn't a nutjob fundamentalist and has been the target of criticism for his tolerance of other religions and unwillingness to hew to fundamentalist dogma. He's been an adviser to many presidents, including Nixon (whom he also endorsed politically).
