As a therapist I have had one female client (and one male!) ask me if I would have sex with them. To have sex with a client, even if they ask, is viewed as a serious ethical breach because of the power differential between the therapist and the client. The American Psychological Association's ethical code does not allow for any personal relationship between a therapist and a former client for up to five years after the therapeutic relationship has been terminated. ----So did you?
