You already pointedout to me a url where this issue is discussed. The 
courts DO decide things in modern India.

Other than Swami Vasudevananda, and his predecessors Swami Vishnu 
Devananada and Swami Shantananda, both direct disciples of Gurudev 
and both mentioned in the will...

We chose those "facts" under contention that best support our own 
beliefs. Chandola never learned TM. He's a prominent Sanskrit 
scholar. Why do you trust Dana Sawyer's word over his?
