I haven't followed this story -- can anyone tell me if there's been any official statement from the Iowa Attorney General about prosecuting the MUM official(s) for criminal neglect or ? Seems to me that it was criminal to hide crimes and actually and really set up the killing. Maybe the civil case was settled only because no criminal prosecution creates doubt in a jury's mind about MUM's negligence. ??? Edg
