You brought up Kerry and his purple hearts, out of nowhere, apparently to distract from our conversation on the casualties in the Iraq War. Nice job, by the way. :-) You are semi right here Rory. I was the first to mention Kerry when defining the word casualty. I said the word casualty didn't necessarily mean death but could be any wound needing medical attention requiring just a band aid to a death certificate. The Kerry comment about his purple hearts was an example of how minor a casualty statistic could be. I would still like to see hard numbers about civilian casualties in Iraq and what the extent if the casualty was. I would also like to know how many casualties are attributed to terrorists resisting the will of the Iraqi people to set up a democracy.
