--I saw the list before ,
Doug

I stared at it
asked it questions of it's validity
existance
helpfulness

New am I

Or am I old?

Was the question
do you meditate
or was it where is your heart?

Being on a list
in black and white
says thus and thus

but out of the heart
comes the Truth
There is your answer

Meditating
where do you go?
Do you See?when you go?
Do you see where I go ?
Do you hear?
Do your hands do?
Do mine?

If One is on the list
but writes as though they do not
hear
see

then
do they meditate?

& visa versa

I have spoken with some about some things in person, perhaps you, but I think
not.
I could pull up some references
but I will stand on just my words
they will speak
you can chew on the prana in them
Then you can decide
all of you if I should be on this list or that

When you meditate
ask
see where I am
close your eyes
let the particles of my spirit
settle on you
taste
feel

You are a protector

mmmmm

tres bien

perhaps it best I do go
and cultivate relationships in person and build up your trust
in person

tactile

meditation is a tactile of the spirit
You should be able to
know me through this screen
I am so close
My very life is right in your lap

(meow, purr)
(okay a little levity there)
