I did almost nine months with Maharishi in Spain and Italy, and I heard it
straight from his mouth that initiators only would be expected to do a mere two
years before CC was, on average, arrived at.

Imagine the highjinks my mind had to perform to, year after year, once again
have to pump myself up with, "Edg, so it's been a few decades, and you only
signed up for eight years; it just shows you were the worst guy to ever start
meditating and had the hardest of hard rocks for TM to melt, but keep at it."
Like that. Sigh.....

After being directly asked about the 5 - 8 year promise, Maharishi said, as
near as I can remember it, "No, no, no, for initiators we only think maybe two
years." Everyone in the movement clung to that promise. And, if you had
anything to do with the movement like you brag about, where were you when
everyone was embracing that thought? Seems you were not in the fast moving
part of the river.

As for my use of the word "freedom," it was poetic uasage, and I don't think I
ever heard Maharishi use it as his go-to verbiage. But, fuck you, cuz you knew
how I was using it, and you're just a troll.

And, gang, here's a guy who has his own spiritual Web site and is posing as a
knower of reality, and he's calling into question that enlightenment is not
properly referred to as "freedom." What a putz we have for a resident War
Monger pretending to a chaplin; I mean, really, where's the guy who really can
strut a spiritual path and wear a ten gallon hat at the same time that FFL
deserves? What a joke ya is Willy.
