Oh, yes, there is, some of it on this very forum.

Look, I'm not defending any of this.  I wouldn't
even defend some of the implementation of the
measures to actually protect the purity of the oral
instruction.  I *do* defend that principle, however,
and there *are* those who disagree with it.
