If you lived in San Francisco and knew the club Ravi was referring to, has tight restrictions to get into the club in the first place. Second, if there were "minors," allowed in, they do not have the stamps on their hands like the legal requirement age does. To hand over a shot in a club like that, would get one kicked out, thrown out and even arrested by the management if a legal aged person is caught giving a minor alcohol. The city is very strict on ordinances, the county and state levels, the management at that venue, especially in particular follows the rules.
