A good point, and I stand corrected. Silly me, I was
thinking of a world in which people *wanted* to take
responsibility for their own actions. I hadn't con-
sidered the alternative, in which those who buy RC's
"It wasn't my fault, I was in a delusional state 
of consciousness" thang are already thinking ahead
to their OWN defense, when the authorities finally
come for *them*. 

"It wasn't my fault. I was misled by a cult. They 
told me it was enlightened to act this way."
