There is a certain energy, that feeds on itself, in these situations; You can see, in the reporters, who are on the scene in New Orleans, especially, that they pick up on the anger, rage, death, frustration, dispair, and so on. I saw Geraldo Rivera, last night on Fox, have a complete emotional breakdown, holding a baby, and crying for help. It becomes addicting, like an adrenaline rush, to watch, and comment on an event of this magnatude; But at some point, it is always good to find balance and peace again; And take a walk, as has been suggested here; And use some time, to absorb the event and all of the emotions of what happened; And use the energy in a positive way, by feeling how it has changed you.
