Gawd Dang it.  I got to go to meetings about the 'numbers cliff' we are going 
over with the Domes and wanted to present the petition that was posted way back 
in FFL post 3811.  Evidently the text of the petition pasted in that post was 
bracketed by arrows that yahoo is no longer reading.  Damn.
It was post 3811, back on Dec 31, 2002.
