It was not a direct quote but a pretty strong reference, IMO.

A dying breed.

Nope, sorry, this is not the case. And your empirical experience is?

Akasha:
Your denial alone is vague. However, since you immediately ask for my
experience, by context, your denial appears to refer to "For Vaj, his
view appears not-empirically based, or if it is, I am guessing is
20-30 years old. Which means that it has little to do with modern
upscale club reality."

That was my understanding. Was that not your meaning? If not, then you
must be referring to your views not being influenced by Bada Bing. If
this is the case, and you are denying the first option, then you seem
to be implying that your views are baseless with regards to empirical
evidence, or even dramatic representations. Which supports my original
hypothesis: that you are making grand sweeping critiques and positing
of vague linkages with no empirical basis.

Judy -- a question of grammar. There are rules for determining what a
pronoun or "declarative" (is that what "this" is?) refers to. Given
the context of" Nope, sorry, this is not the case. And your empirical
experience is?" wouldn' modern grammar link "this" to empirical
evidence? Or is it simply (my) common sense?
