TM is pitta reducing. Just look at the advertised benefits.

effects, some can calm and some can stimulate. If you're already

good for you. You need a stimulating mantra. I think MMY thought
that people who got a TM (pitta reducing) mantra would just move on to
something else like they do in India. And I have mentioned before
reading a book circa 1980 by a chiropractor who said that meditation
might not be for everyone and some need to jog or walk instead.
