Project Bluebook used the term I think, but in the context of trying 
to establish if something was swamp gas, an airplane or a flying 
saucer, "educated" may be a requirement for "trustworthy."

Farm girls probably have a better idea of whether or not they had sex 
with someone than many city girls, depending on the age group, 
so "educated" may have a different implication here...
