30 yrs of experience now does not bear out any intense purification of
the body and resultant improved health due to the sidhis.  I think
there's some kundalini stimulation independent of the butt banging,
but its effects on the individual body and mental state is quite
varied from individual to individual, sometimes purifying esp at
first, and sometimes not so beneficial esp over the long term.  

When you look at the long term sidhi-practicing community, do you see
a significantly above avg healthy group, physically and mentally???
