I can't specify. Among all the stuff I have read - I found
explained how to go from the gross level to the subtle level in the
mind during Hindu Meditation. As a TM-Teacher I saw the connection
between Hindu Meditation and TM - also in the learning process - the
steps - how to use the Mantra. In TM it is very structured and
specified how to do it. But from a general point of view, as I see
it, it is very similar. But as I said - I am not an expert in Hindu
Meditation. I just saw the connection.
