Do you know if he was referring to CHopra's initial technique, or to 
SSRS or both, or if he was referring to the meditation technique that 
people learn how to teach in a 6-day intensive workshop?

ASnd of course, if Chorpa's technique really IS useful than its 
useful, but the same complaints about poor training to handle 
unstressing/kundalini-rising issues certainly should apply to people 
who learned all they know about meditation teaching in a "6-day 
intensive."
