It looks like it has been a sucess in the war-having a controlled slow down in oil production so the oil interests will have less work to do per dollar. WTC- sucess in setting up fear based homeland security. Remember the colorful alert levels prior to the election and how they seemed to be forgotton afterwards. If Houston blows up,on purpose, we could end up with terrorist fear based martial law and the need to bomb the rest of the mid East. I would rather be a nut case like Shemp says than see it happen but, if I lived in Texas, I would seriously be considering mooving to Iowa. N.
