Yes, I've met people from Iran. What does that have to do with anything? It's not the general population of Iran that are the loonies and supporting the sponsorship of terrorism. India , Pakistan and Israel have not had a reputation of exporting terrorism although sometimes the Indian government tries to pin that on Pakistan. As far as Iran fearing our presence in Iraq I think that is laughable. One minute the democrats complain we don't have enough troops there to do the job and the next they say we have too many and need to withdraw them immediately. The Iranian leaders are no fools, they watch American politics and know they are perfectly safe from invasion. What Iran fears more than anything is a successful democracy as a neighbor.
