The real story of the Paula Jones "trap", as you put it, Judy, is
that the ONLY reason Clinton was trapped was because of a new law
that had been passed a few years earlier that was draconian in its
nature and was destined to ruin the lives of many men who would be
brought up on civil suit sexual harrassment charges.
And the one politician almost singularly responsible for this silly
law?
Bill Clinton.
But, of course, Judy would be the first one on the lynch line if
those accused were some poor slob who didn't have either the power
or the money to defend himself. But because it was Clinton she,
like silly partisans like Gloria Steinem, reverse themselves 180
degrees and fall all over themselves defending a Democrat.
