I guess it is not the same experience for everyone. Yogic flying was 
the most incredible bliss I have ever experienced by far, and it 
purifies the body in one sitting in such a powerful way that you 
feel you are a different body and better mind afterwards. These 
bliss and health effects spill over into daily life. You may be 
blocking the effects for yourself in some other ways, consciously or 
sub-consciously.
