New, It wasn't really a question of who is and who isn't being accepted (although I would argue that the rejection of *anyone* for any reason other than a fear (based on some kind of reality) that they might be dangerous, would a good enough reason for everyone else to stay away) but of Ken's contention that everyone should apply, regardless of where they are and what other obligations they might have...and also, that it should somehow not bother anyone else that people are being discriminated against by these rejections, forcibly ejected from the Domes, etc.
Doesn't any of that bother you? I thought the days of people laying guilt trips on others, while also telling them to ignore their own better judgment, were over. I was wrong. And I'm not sure how currently you mean--it's apparently happened on this course. Also the fact that they are asking for SS #s (or so I understood) is troubling--that would rule me out immediately, as I simply wouldn't give it to them. What could the reason possibly be except to intimidate people? I've been on a lot of courses given by various organizations, and I have never been asked to give that. What are your feelings?
