Oh, yes.  Probably not for you, because you're
talking the party line.  But Bush can now declare
anybody to be an enemy combatant, and detain them
indefinitely without charging them or allowing
them to contest their detention or see the
evidence against them, even have them tortured, 
simply on the grounds that they're giving support
to the enemy.

He doesn't have to prove a thing.  There's no
judicial oversight.
