Harper's Index -- a one-page feature of that publication -- always 
contains alot of interesting juxtaposition of facts such as the one 
you cited.

For example, they would something along the line of the following (I 
am, of course, making these up):

Sentence a Texas man received in June for growing Marijuana for his 
own consumption: 20 years.

Sentence another Texas man received in June for shooting his wife to 
death: 7 years.

...or...

Sentence a 54-year-old man received for having consensual sex with a 
17-year-old: zero.

Sentence a 54-year-old man received for having consensual INSTANT 
MESSAGING sex with a 17-year-old: 4 years.
