The so-called group, neo-cons, had planned to invade Iraq, since the early eighties, after the first war... They wanted to invade asap, and tried to convince Clinton to invade in '96. Mr. Bush, also, when he was governor of Texas, Had a hard nosed reputation for signing death warrents, happily. Even in cases where leniancy would have been the better choice; Mr.Bush, never hesitated to sign a death warrent. This is our President.
