The specific description of something having to do with the heart has been discredited by several people, and I remember the exact words used by my advanced techniquesteacher and it isn't what everyone says it is anyway. While it is possible that different people were taught in different ways by advanced techniques teachers, this seems less than likely given how rigid MMY's teacher-teaching methods have been over the years. Um Spair, I didn't mention any specific advanced technique nor did I describe any in my question to Mark. I simply asked if he had any advanced techniques. I don't think MMY has any problem with people asking others if they have any advanced techniques or which one are they "on". Your two points are exactly what MMY refers to as verbotten.
