None of this is true.  Chopra never sued Skolnick.
JAMA would not circulate *Chopra's* article.
Skolnick's was very widely circulated and won him a
Laurel from the Columbia Journalism Review, which
he and JAMA touted heavily.  (Willytex knows this,
BTW.)

Skolnick claims to have resigned from JAMA when
George Lundberg, its editor, was fired for publishing
an article essentially supporting Bill Clinton in the
Lewinsky mess (it rehashed an old survey in which 59
percent of 599 college students said they did not
consider the phrase "had sex" to include oral sex).
