Remove the public part and it becomes far more difficult to find them. I disagree. Not giving them access to the Internet or at least making access harder makes them seek more traditional methods of communication such as telephone which can be tapped and traced and if you see the same messages going to multiple people you have even more evidence. Posting a message on the Internet can be viewed by millions without knowing who saw it or which ones acted upon it.
