This is one of those free speech gray areas. Freedom
of  speech entails social responsibility. Some people
enjoy the freedom of  speech and refuse the
responsibility.



Not Gray at all. Freedom of speech doesn't include inciting a riot or  
anarchy nor does it allow the conspiring of murder.
