Oh, and by the way, if you paid attention to what Lawson actually says about his problems, you'd have figured out that what he's dealing with is a kind of catch-22: the problems feed into and reinforce one another. He can't just decide to stop doing X and start doing Y and then actually stick to it. It's a lot more complicated than that. You of all people should recognize changing one's behavior isn't just a matter of an act of will that anyone is capable of. See my previous post about your repeated and repeatedly broken vows to change your own behavior. Lawson's told us what his problems are. How about you matching his honesty and telling us about yours? Maybe we can "help" you like you're trying to "help" Lawson.
