Ah, that's further north on the coast. This image shows the flood-prone areas. Vlodrop is at the tip of the slue wisp just abouve the red (non-flooding) blotch at the bottom. Only a few parts of Holland are NOT flood-prone. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Netherlandsbelowsea.GIF
