Which reports have you read, BTW? Seems to me that the only one you explicitly commented on i FFL, you were supportive of. Of course that was in the context of someone who had just brought other teachers into the conversation. I guess if she had NOT done that you would have refrained from complementing on her experiences in a positive way or even made comments as above...
