talking about coming from?

Karma means Activity. There is always activity if a being is active.
But, "in the vicinity of Yog, negative tendancies are illiminated",
so an ascended being will only spread evolutionary influence when it
is active in the world. You can only call this good karma, good
influence.

just now?) continue on indefinitely because

Only Leisha Vidya ("the remains of the yagya" -- after the burning
of the offerings) remains. Only enough of "ignorance" for there to
be activity, but it does not overwhelm the bliss or enlightenment,
nor the positive influence in the environment of an active ascended
being (which purifies its environment). The karma no longer has a
control (birth and rebirth) over the being, because the karma has
been burned up in the fire of 'knowledge', as the Gita states.
That is the theory Maharishi expounds, I am not saying I agree with
it or anything, just sounds fair enough to me. I don't agree or
disagree.
