Bush was speaking "prophetically" of winning
in Iraq (he  said so himself). So why don't you
think he comes off as a  "nut"?


 


I would have to see the context under which he said it and when. Did he say  
so based on his own "feelings" or based on information he was receiving from 
his  advisors and the military in the field?
