Kind of blows the argument, huh? Also, where are the alternate fuel proposals? I am sure we could reduce our dependence on foreign oil by moving the electric grid in the West and S West US to wind and solar. I get exclusively green energy (wind, biomass, and solar) from my power company for an extra three bucks a month, so it won't cause undue economic hardship. And improving mileage standards would work too, but the Government of both parties is too sold out to corporate america to do anything involving vision vs. next quarter's profits.
