Ha....thought you had me right? Wrong! Clearly the above is a secular point of view, from a Religious perspective there is indeed a God who administers justice thru his just laws of karma, "As ye sow, so shall you reap" but it is God who "is the decider" hee, hee! (or Bush, as the case may be, Nyuk!)
