Its plain that Vaj's meditation incorporates a lot of effort per the 
quote posted by quantum packet, therefore he insists TM also 
incorporates effort. But they are not the same. The supposed effort 
during TM can be likened to the effort water expends as it runs down 
hill, according to the laws of gravity. Vaj's effort during meditation 
is contrived, and noticeable to the practitioner.

PS. don't be concerned about this kid Vaj's credibility. He is 
destroying it as we speak.
