Here's a little progress report:

The Automated Archive has a lot of Unix specific code that doesn't want to work on
my NT server without some major modifications it seems. I did get other perl
scripts to work though, but those were a lot more informative when it came to
adapting them for NT.

So, I can conclude that it is possible to run perl scripts on an NT webserver with
some modification. I do love challenges, but I'm not sure I'm up to doing the
changes needed in this one.
