Thanks for the pointer Jerky.....I did have installation config issues.  I
had not changed the FarCry Domain from "localhost" to my domain name.  I
reinstalled with the domain name set and the mode.badmin error is gone.  To
solve Problem 2, a restart of CF works.  Now to see if I can shoe-horn the
mollio skin in!
