There is an installation guide in this group made by Jeff Coughlin. Make sure to check the following:
_serverSpecificVars.cfm index.cfm (in your webskin, if I remember it right) Application.cfm (somewhere) Just look for the guide here. Also, remember to clear your cache if you are using Firefox or Opera, else you will still see the pliant skin as I did before. Good luck.
