I guess the think to know is that the whole of farcry core should not
be in your web root.

Create yourself a folder far removed from your existing inetpub/wwwroot
folder, say "c:\webapps\".
In there create a folder called "farcry".
In this farcry folder you need to drop the farcry core, any plugins and then
have your projects, giving you the folders core, plugins and project.
