OK, so I did this and still the same issue. Here is what I did:

Deleted the previous configuration.
Created a new folder C:\Webapps
Copied the FarCry directory into the Webapps folder
Created a new website with it's own dedicated IP address called FarCry, 
pointing to C:\Webapps\FarCry\MyProject\www
Created a virtual directory inside of this app called FarCry, pointing 
it to C:\Webapps|FarCry\Core\Admin

Still the same thing, getting a Page cannot be found error.
