Going with the setup you provided above (the previous one would have 
worked as well) make sure the following is true:
* when you said "copied the FarCry directory into the webapps folder", 
please verify that in the C:\Webapps\FarCry folder you have 3 folders 
(core, plugins, and projects)
* You should have a CF mapping called /farcry that points to 
"C:\Webapps\FarCry"

As for the "Page Not Found" errors, Stephen is right... it sounds like 
something is not quite right with IIS.  You should see "something" other 
than page not found.  This tells me that IIS is not finding what it 
needs before it can even consider involving ColdFusion (let alone 
FarCry).   Its probably going to be something really simple in the end :).

Another thing: Depending on how you downloaded the package,  can you 
verify that the install folder exists? (should be 
"C:\Webapps\FarCry\myProject\www \install").  If not, lets us know and 
someone will get you pointed in the correct direction.
