OEM licenses are typically sold based on the size of distribution and sold per version. As much as we love the FarCry community we don't have the capacity to effectively buy extJS for an unlimited number of potential users, and then reinvest when the next major version comes out. So its not a viable option. Of course I could turn that around and ask why its alright to suggest we purchase an OEM from extJS, rather than ask FarCry developers who want to distribute closed-source FarCry applications to pay a license for the privilege to do so.
