Colin, A UK one that might be of interest is : http://www.dott07.com/ Dott (Designs of the Time) was a Design Council and Regional Development Agency (ONE Northeast) project that ran over 2 years. The project is now finished and the project team moved on, but the Design Council still maintain the site. There are probably other bigger sites created by the likes of Alagad and Jeff Coughlin out there.
